im pretty new to adsense, since a friend told me i should use it for my website. At the moment my site has around 100-200 visitors a day, but im not sure if the placement of the ads is correct.

can you "guru's" help me out with this?

    my site is www.brycedownloads.com/brycehome.htm

    thanks!

You need to remove the white graphic that you have placed over the Goolge ad banner of the link unit. That will get you banned.

I don't see any adsense ads.. what you can do is ad some ads to the left table of your site (match the colorscheme for good blending)

I'd agree. If it takes people effort to notice the ads, they aren't going to be that effective. Neither will they be effective if you shove them right in front of your visitors' faces. In the sidebars is probably your best bet.

Sidenote: your disclaimer link is broken.

I found that your ads are not blended well. Your site is certainly different then the most out here so I would suggest you keep playing with the different sizes, colors and positions. And monitor your CTR. That will suggest you the best placement, blending and ad type.

I see you already removed the white graphic that ndillon was talking about so I am not sure what that was. I am curious what type of graphic over a google ad would get someone banned.

Any image around google ads is an issue - that is if the image is misleading users to click the ad. I had seen another amazing example of a page which mostly ad huge graphics on the page with adsense embedded in one corner and some text further down the page. Can't seem to find that site anymore but that was posted here on DP.
