    Hi guys, i had an idea to place adsense on my site. the site has been up for a few years, it offers nothing for sell, just pictures from events. There is an email sign up for the latest pictures but you can just hit enter and bypass it. It signs folks up for our newsletter. I am thinking of getting a redirect URL also, but i dont know if this is good for SEO.
    i have only one of the picture pages updated with ads, but i plan to do all of them.
    Is this just an overall bad idea? Please let me know what all im doing wrong. Thanks!

    Google changed the rules recently and clearly states that you cannot just have pictures and adsense. One thing I noticed on your site is that the ads and the pictures are in their own boundaries, well separated. If I was you, then I would mail Google and ask them if it's ok to have Adsense on such a site. They are pretty strict at times and you wouldn't want to loose your account for any reason.

    I think its against Google's terms. Adsense is not allowed on pages with no or little content. There must be some content on the page.

    I thought about running them vertically in between the pics.
    How much more content would i need on the pages?
