Hello All as the topic says I'm new to DP and was hoping you guys could offer me some constructive criticism on my site.

A little background on the site, I started it about 3 weeks ago and I would say I'm about 40% done. So please just look at layout/ad placement/ etc.

    Many many thanks in advance!

Nice site! Your ad placement is very good, I would suggest you also add in text links in the "Did you know" box or you could place it your links in the "Latest News" box, that would be great integration for your site.

    Goodlcuk with your site!

I'm no seasoned master at reviewing sites but I think you may want to change your header and make it pop a wee bit more, say with a better logo design.

    Looking good.

Only way I can see of making it better is to move that small banner at the top and change it to a large rectangle, embedded into the main content.

    Thanks for your responses everyone!

Hey David what do you mean by small banner? The banner at the top with the political rundown, news, blogs ETC? Make that a rectangle, and what would be the optimal place in the content to move it to?

    Thanks
