New to online consulting - having trouble being granted access on FBM

    Hi everyone,

    Just a little bit of background info about me: I worked a few years for a couple ad tech companies and agencies as an account manager. A friend of mine is the lead sales rep of a B2C outdoor equipment company. While I know the metrics and strategies pretty well, the actual 'guts' of campaigns I still have trouble with.

    One trouble is that I have been given access to the company on FBM, but I keep getting this error on the account overview:
    You need permission to work on ad accounts in this business.
    Contact your business admin to get added to an account. Once you have access, you can see performance insights for all of your ad accounts on this card.

    I'm unable to see all their social campaigns in the past or access the ad account from FBM.

    Would someone be willing to help us out on how he can give me access?


    Also, unrelated to social media, but they use Shopify for their metrics. Does Shopify need URL tracking?
