Hello everyone, just want to thank everyone in advance.

I have recently started a new website, it is a video blog about sports.

First, I have 2 adsense ads on the front page, on each side of the sidebar.
    http://www.15sports.com

Second, I have one adsense ad at the end of my subpages. I believe it is integrated fairly well. Here is an example: http://www.15sports.com/college-football/ the ad is the last item on the body.

    Thanks again

Put rect ads above your video (above the fold). Has been the highest CTR on mine.

Added a Leaderboard above the video. The site feels a little spammy now though, suggestions?

overall it is spammy, but so is a lot of the stuff that i do, lol.

nystul is right, ads right next to the video, in the same block, and dump all the rest of the ad blocks... use channels to verify which block is getting the most attention.

i would also put jpegs, gif titles, or something in there in place of those repeated headshots... maybe just keep one face shot above the fold.

i would take out the sky scraper on the left and put a small buttom under "Most Recent Articles"

Btw, do you host your own video? why don't you use youtube? First you can save your bandwidth. Second user in youtube can search your video
