Well, pornography sites cannot have adsense on them. I would start a blog and load it with unique posts and content.

 

Its going to depend on the sites content. Most people will not tell you the high paying categories, because that leads to direct competition...If you want a site that does that, then you will just have to try. If the niche you choose doesn't work, then change the topic of the site.

 

You should just go with something that you like and enjoy to do/write about, then create a blog. If its original and people can only get what their looking for from your blog, you'll have repeating traffic that will keep comming back for more. Once you start getting some good traffic throw some ads and afflilate junks in the mix. When you start generating enough loot that your happy with the site, automate it and create another site/blog similar to your first one but have it concentrate on things your first one doesnt cover. Link the two together and help them feed of each other

example: make a blog about cars and include things like reviews on cars, stats, prices. MAKE IT ORIGINAL CONTENT. If your getting your info from other sources and just copying and pasting, people will leave the site because your new and your sources are more established so why wouldnt they just get the info from them? once your car website/blog is serving your needs and generating the funds you are looking for, make another one on car accesories(spellcheck). Put as much time as you did on the first one on the new one then repeat again with another blog/site about car cleaning, or something like that.

Remember this is just an example, you can do this with pretty much anything.

 

As others have said, for your site you should focus on something you enjoy. Also, don't get discouraged. Although $150 is definitely a reasonable goal, it's not going to happen overnight. Remember, traffic is the key, and good content is usually the easiest way to bring in traffic.
