    HA HA, Thats about as long as I lasted!

    Except I told everyone I was quitting, so I'm having to smoke sneakily to avoid the line i've heard so many times in the past... 'God, Mella I KNEW you wouldn't be able to do it!' :D

    Dont worry, just try and cut down or switch to lights. Then with a bit of willpower you will be able to quit. I recon the problem is that people just try and quit suddenly, which is much harder for me.

    I've tried cutting down, it doesn't work for me.
    I've tried quitting cold turkey, which also didn't work.
    I've tried nicotine gum and patches..didn't work.
    I've tried lazer treatment...didn't work.
    And I've tried switching to menthol and lights and that also didn't work lol.

    After all that the only thing i've done is realised that I have no willpower. :eek:

    That worked for my wife. Shes going on 5 months without a cigerette. I wish I could get pregnant so I can stop smoking. :(
