Note: I searched the forum but could not find a good answer to my questions

Say I use my VCC to upload fund to my YSM account, when the fund is exhausted or exceeded, it cannot be taken out from VCC,so in that case will yahoo close my advertising account ?
Or else could anybody succesfully use paypal to fund YSM account (does it get automatically deducted from paypal in case budget is exceeded)
Can you please let me know the exact procedures I need to follow to fund YSM account via paypal/vcc , and what happens when vcc's budget/paypal is exceeded.

    Thanks for your help.

hey I dont think that VCC works for YSM... when I tried that it failed.... although account can be opened but they didnt charged me...

Also, Yahoo charged the card in advance.... that is before ur credit is exhausted.... that is say if ur balance is below certain limit they charge ur card... so if that failed they will close ur campaign.....

Hi! I use VCC to pay for my YSM in the past.

They'll deduct from your VCC account once your credits fall below certain percentage of your balance or overall bid price... something like that...

It'd been a horrible experience for me because I set the limit to quite low and hence they keep charging me from my VCC which everytime I need to pay extra for my own bank charges and conversion rates.

That's why I cancelled it, but mainly because I'm also not making any money from the "clicks".

But I don't think they'll cease your account immediately when the deduction fails, instead they'll try to contact you either by phone or email. Unless they really can't get you, then they'll suspend your account (maybe).

For Paypal, I'm not too sure but I thinks it works somehow the same. Hope someone else can answer you this questions regarding Paypal...

Anyway, I hope this helps and all the best!

    Regards,
    Eric Tan

I currently use paypal as my payment option. They give you an unlimited spending limit and I think it automatically deducts from the account.

    Hope this helps.
