new to adsense - and have put up my first page to include an adsense ad
the link content displays gardening/landscape items - the theme of the site is web domain sales, I have a number of gardening domains listed on my page - is this how the content is determined?

any tips on improvements mucho appreciated

AdSense displays ads based on your page content: the text. And since you don’t have any text at all basically, AdSense having trouble knowing what your site is about. Add some more text and AdSense will be able to show the right ads.

thank you for the reply - I did just add some text to the site - the gardening liks still appear - could this be related to other domains I tried adsence on were directed to gardening - would the keywords apply to my new channel?

    thanks

I am also a newbie at this but I think that it take a little time before your AdSense ads changes. The AdSense bot don’t search trough your page every time someone views an ad. So just give it some time and it should change.

I don’t think that it got something to do with the other sites you got AdSense on, it probably showed gardening ads as you had a gardening related email address on your page and very little text.

Yes, wait for the Google Bot to go through your site and then you should start seeing more related ads.

add more content to your pages that have something to do with web domain sales.
Make use of the h1 tag on top of your page(s).
Also i would suggest checking if you don't have keywords with the term 'gardening/landscape' in your site.
1 keyword can mess the ads up if you don't have enough content related text.
