    Hi, I was just wondering if you would make this offer to an individual? Also, when using teams, how do you include their Gooogle Adsense into the situation - or do you keep your adsense code on 100 percent of the content, and then do a payout to the writers based on what you have earned? I don't see how this would work unless you have a kazillion different adsense codes on your site. haha. I am interested in doing this for you, but I want to make sure you know how to pay fairly. No offense.
