    I'm working on a resource for the advertising industry that will also feature advertising news. I'm not talking about press releases, but actual stories like the Associated Press.

    Has anyone worked with the Associated Press? Are they like the only company like this? Where can I get more news content besides hiring writers?

    You have very few options.

    The Associated press is very expensive and horrible to deal with. Besides the AP you have services like Reuters.com and allheadlinenews.com and UPI.com. These organizations have their own networks of reporters.


    Aggregators like yellowbricks just resell others work and are typically more expensive.

    We've used allheadlinenews.com and UPI. both are solid.
