    I was wondering where i could get a wide range of news for free in exchange for link back or paid without link back ?

    There are major news agencies like AP but they seems to eb dealing with big sources only,like Yahoo

    I would like to get world news,news categorized by country.

    Just look at any of the press release distribution sites like PRweb, PRnewswire, etc. Most offer feeds you can use. If you're talking about wanting to get professional stories written, then no, you can't find something like AP for free.
