    I have seen this ad thousand times, i have see it even on my blog.
    However if they spend so much on adwords i think they will tell us something.
    And yes the ad has converted because i have read the whole book. It was free.

    Anybody would pay money for something that they really believe strongly in. I don't fault anyone for that. It might be annoying, but so are a million other things that come across AdSense.

    Who cares what they believe in? They're paying their own money to believe in it. And I doubt that they have the magical ability to override anybody's filter in AdSense. If that's really happening, blame the responsible party. (Google)

    This isn't even close to SPAM. Not your idea of money well spent? OK, I can sympathize with that. But that's something different altogether.

    What offends you, as I'm sure you probably know, means very little to anyone else. If we all cared about what offended everyone/anyone else, the world would stop functioning 9 seconds ago...

    Lets raise $5 million by clicking on that ad loads and then go to the pope, lock him up in a $4 million box and say he's dead!
    Then the 113th pope will come and that guy will be broke and wrong!

    I can never believe this because according to Christianity (which i believe in), Jesus said that no one knows when the end of the world is coming.

    This means that whoever says he/she knows that the end of the world is coming is just a SCAM.

    Exactly right. It's nice to see that somebody actually gets it.
