Nightlife Club Promotions

Hey Everyone!

I was wondering if there were people here who are involved with the nightlife/club industry.

I just opened my own promotional company and I have a contract with the best club in my city. But, I'm just getting started. So, I was hoping to get some guidance here from anyone with some experience in the nightlife industry and to also discuss what works best when promoting. I already have a FB page, Im working on the website, and have a team of promoters, but I was still wondering....
Any advice as to what are the best marketing/advertising methods for college nightclubs?

I'm also desperately looking for a nightlife graphic designer (is experienced with doing graphic work for nightclubs or nightlife events), if there's anyone here.

Thus I can recommend you the following a Homepage to promote nightclubs requires the following features, ranked according to relevance:
1. Club information (63%)
2. Event calender (56%)
3. Offers & Promotions (49%)
4. Menue & Prices (49%)
5. Party Pictures (42%)
6. Booking (35%)
7. Social Media Integration (30%)

Also to be competitive you have to represent at least a number of >20 nightclubs. Otherwise you will not be able to become more than a specialist.

 

Thanks, that was quite interesting. I'm definitely gonna take the survery into perspective when building my website. I'm trying Social Media integration, but it seems a little complicated.

We're in a small city and we're just getting started. The only reason we formed the company actually was because we got an opportunity to sign a contract with the best club in our city, it's a college city. Once we get established on Thursday and Saturday nights, we want to do other nights and then eventually expand to restaurants, etc...
