I'm getting about 50 unique visitors, but usually zero clicks daily. I'd be lucky if there's one click/day. What can I do?

Are your ads targeted to the site content?

Yes, they already are. I also do color blending. What else can I do? Are net users getting more oblivious to ads?

You did not say what type of site you had. Some perform better than othters. Fifty uniques a day is not high traffic. I would suggest you work on getting more traffic and let the clicks take care of themselves. With a one per cent click through rate you should average 1/2 click per day. Even at 5% click through rate 2.5 clicks per day is not going to make you rich.

    Good luck.

I'm running a technical blog that targets a select niche. I've researched that the CPC is quite high for such a niche and even the eCPM is high. I was just wondering why no one actually clicks the ads... well, maybe what goes around comes around, and I should start clicking ads... :)

If your visitors are Adword users, aka webmasters, you will have very poor click through rate. Webmasters copy URLs or do a search for phrase used in Ads. It is a form of professional courtesy to other webmasters.

Wouldn't it be more helpful if everyone, webmasters or not, start clicking ads? If everyone is so "convservative", there will be a "recession" in ad-clicking activities! :)
