because google has his good services in diffrent sectors in internet like- Blogger, google+,gmail, orkut, picasa and as a search engine its no. 1,blogger is the big blog hosting website which is popular then any other blogging site.google + is new but many people know and using it,picasa is good tool for photo sharing and view them in pc or laptop.Gmail and orkut both are very popular. so iam hearing question like bing, yahoo and other search engines giving tough competition. it will not put any effect to google.....

please give your opinion on this subject

Good does in fact rule all. I remember back in the day there were multiple Search engines I would use, now it's just GOOGLE.

Yeah it's hard to predict the future when it comes to technology. Im sure google will be around for awhile yet. But all it takes is an innovative service to take off and google could start losing its share.

Waht MrKeh said. All it takes is a new innovative service to take off and Google could start losing it's share. Although I think that's highly unlikely in the next few years, anyway.

Google's a little scary though, simply because they seem 'unbeatable'. There's still tons of people that stay far away from Google because of this. I know a few people that jumped ship lately too after they changed their TOS. So they're pretty unstoppable now, but won't necessarily be that way forever.

Google may seem unbeatable now and of course it has accomplished amazing things and they have given so much to everyone around the world BUT (and this is a BIG BUT) their downfall will be the customer service they provide to adsense publishers. If they don't fix this or atleast attempt to provide more help it will be their downfall.

Not to mention that Facebook is supposedly working on making a search engine of their own. If this happens then it will be real interesting how google responds!

Maybe next 5 years but can't said for the next 7 years. No one can promise of that even the owner. Human behavior will change one day, and Google always need to monopolies those all the time to be no 1.
    internet bubble may happen anytime.
