No, when the real estate bubble bursts the responsibility will lie squarely on anthonycea's shoulders. All this bluster on his part is just a smokescreen; he hopes we will not notice how he has caused so much suffering with his wholesale manipulation of public opinion.

No, not everything is the President & Co's fault. I'm sure if we keep dropping more billions into the military and war machine everything will be alright.

WARNING: tons of opinionated garbage comin' at ya

The realestate bubble WILL burst, but its like everything else - its the fault of stupid people getting interest only loans while the rate is gutter low - then will have to refi in 5 years when the rate is 6,7..+ | Doubling their payments or more.

Its also the fault of the moguls who are buying or building and selling these houses under these conditions. They will be getting these properties back in 5-6 years as people default on the refi-ed loans.

but of course taking personal responsibility for ones own actions isn't really the American way anymore is it...? Popular culture says it was the way my mamma raised me, or the fact that my daddy left us when I was born, or its Grampa's fault because he didn't hug enough, or an uncle becasue he hugged too much, too often, too intimantly, or its the cops fault, its the manufacturer of the car, the maker of the gun, the drug dealer, the doctors, the lawyers, its the preachers, its the liberals, its the conservatives, its the devil, its the president, its the illuminati, its the aliens, its blacks, whites, asians, middle easterners, its the people who buy high fashion, its the people who rummage through my garbage can to sustain their existance, its the soccer mom trapsing across the city in an H3, its tha illegal immagrant driving unsafely and with-out insurance, its the insurance scammers, its the guy who drives 20 miles to work each day in a gas hog wasting money and natural resources and complaining about lack of personal success despite the time to post THOUSANDS of 'intersting' little bits of information on the internet including but not limited to pointed implications of Presidential coadjuvancy in every possible negative aspect or element of life in general.

Everyone has someone they would like to hang ALL of their issues on - no one wants to deal with their own guilt - their part in the play, their own responsibility.

By the way its not my fault if I'm opinionated I was raised that way by a preacher and a feminist.

What the hell Minstrel, let them blame me for the problems in the economy, gas prices and Bush's approval ratings dropping like a Led Zeppelin

I really could not care less of what folks think of me, reality is in the face of all of us every time we pump gas and look at how far our dollars get us. All one has to do is watch the national news daily to see the facts of life.

The problems with these young kids is that they have not seen economic cycles before and I have, history tends to repeat itself and so do cycles in the economy and so does corruption in leadership.

I can't fault them for not being around as long as me, I just try to tell it like I see it.

Whoa! I thought I was the last one in America that isn't looking for a loophole, a lawsuit and/or a prescription! What about the people that are obese, not because they eat McDonald 5 times a week...It's their "genes" (They should sue their parents!!) . It's always someone elses fault...I *love* that. When I used to work in an office, all the fat ladies would comment on how "lucky" I was that I was "naturally" skinny. Naturally? I run 3 - 4 miles 5 times a week! I lift weights. I surf. When you are stuffing your face in the corporate cafe, I'm jumping rope in the gym! "Naturally" my "yes-you-can-bounce-a-quarter-off-it" ass!!

Minstrel now you know why we all come to Digital Point, we have girls that are not afraid to tell us about their bodies, they also are not afraid to put the guys in their place to keep us in line  :)

That is the secret of the forum (plus a bunch of young guys that want to talk to DP female members). :D
