hmm, how much traffic do you get? More traffic = more income.
Anyway, i think you should place the ads a bit more on the page. It is now just below the menu in a white (not very good readable on orange i must say) color. Try changing the font color and place it in the center of the div maybe. And place the half banner at the top of the article, so people see it immidiatly. If you want, you can place one at the top and bottom, but then make sure you need to scroll to the second one, since otherwise it will look a bit to cluttered with adsense maybe (just my opinion).

Try put a medium rectangle at the top of the text and move the small one in the bottom to the middle of your main content.

    That should help.

    colors too bright and depressing.

You have to make the site look nice if you want people to stay

    You have some misspellings:

    1. "lifetime" is one word (not "life time")

    2. "benefits" non "benifits"

    3. use "while" instead of "whilst" if you're targeting the US market.

    4. use "car rental" instead of "car hire" if you're targeting the US market

    5. "cumulative" not "accumulative"

    6. "shaving" instead of "shedding"

That's just on the front page. Get someone to read your other pages, as I noticed a number of errors on them as well.
