hey dude !! Produce something in your home page for readers !! I suggest you to change your text color in inner pages ..Why you are using Green color ads in home page?? I think blue is the best performing adsense color..

Hmm... have seen and reviewed your site before. I can see that you have removed the top ads and placed it now at the right sidebar. Should be ok to me. Just monitor the progress on ctr.

I suggest making another column on the right (same background as the left column), and make the titles and urls of the ads match the links colors from the left. Or if your website gets longer pages at some point, you can indeed move the scyscraper to the left.

Indeed, you need some content on the home page, at least some images or something. You can post news from weight loss industry (i'm sure you can find some RSS for that somewhere).

You can even use a large rectangle in the middle, to match whatever color your links on the white parts of your website have.
For the inner pages i suggest using the same location for ads as on home page, just replace the top and bottom large landscape ads with large/medium rectangle ads.

Having blue colors for ad titles, yes, usually produces awesome results, but from my own experience, matching the site theme is better.
