    No, i haven't i am still in the process of exploring but there are a lot of modules and plugins available to create the look and feel you are after.

    You can pay for custom made template services to get exactly want you want. (for a couple of hundred dollars).

    Check out mtv.nl, that site is created with Joomla.

    Gotit, check out this site, there are a lot people that could get you your design you want.

    Just be very specific what you want regarding the look and feel of your sites design that you have in mind.

    Make a ''mock up'', an example of how you want it to look like and describe how it should function.
