    For those with offices, I'm just trying to get a ball park figure of insurance rates? I know it would depend on sq feet and $ of property covered, but just trying to get ball park figures. I'm looking at liability + property on a ~2,500sq ft property. Are there any companies you guys can recommend?

    Call one of your local independent insurance agents. Prices vary by business type, location, State, etc. They can give you a free quote. Generally it's pretty affordable.
