    Hi DP,

Have you come across Oil Pulling? It's an ancient remedy that can be used to naturally achieve and maintain healthy white teeth. Not only does it make your teeth white, it also prevents cavities and keeps your gums in a healthy pink. All one has to do is to put oil into the mouth morning and evening, pushing it around for like 10 minutes, then spitting it out. I stumbled upon Oil Pulling months ago, when I was searching a natural remedy for a particular disease. I've been oil pulling with extra virgin coconut oil as suggested here: "Oil Pulling for healthy, white and strong teeth" ever since, and I have to highly recommend it to every one of you. It makes your teeth shiny white, STRONG and it feels great.

Has anyone tried it? Give it a try if you haven't, it's GREAT!

I do it every second day, using a tablespoon of canola oil with a bit of organic flax seed oil for the Omega 3-6-9.
Slosh them around for about 15 minutes and then spit it out.

I had serious problems with my teeth, having 5 break over a 2 month period. This has saved me from getting dentures, so I'd advise it to anyone. The feeling of oil in your mouth is not as disgusting as it sounds, and it very quickly becomes watery and then feels like a normal mouthwash.

There are a few websites dedicated to oil pulling - definitely worth the effort of researching it.

    Good luck.

    That's great @HopeGardens! :)

Everyone whom I recommended oil pulling after my experience and who gave it a try for a couple days turned out to like it as much as I do!
