On a scale of 1-100, how accurate is www.websiteoutlook.com?

I'm primarily interested in the accuracy of their daily revenue estimate. Now, from what I can gather, they make educated guesses that in no way are completely accurate but as close as it gets. Is that correct?
For example, they have a site that gets 20, 000 visitors making 70 dollars a day.
Would you say there's basis in reality for that or is it some estimated scheme where they could potentially be making that?
Generally, how accurate is it?

 

I dont think its that accurate.
I rate it about 30/100

They just rate you based on your visitors and rank following their own logic.

Off as that they overestimate or underestimate revenue or off all around? Because I've seen the question of their accuracy be asked on two different forums. On one administrator stated they grossly overestimated his profit while the other said that they sold him so short, their report wasn't even in the same ballpark.

So what would you say is it? Do they overestimate or underestimate profits or just make mistakes everywhere?
What's the general consensus on websiteoutlook?

 

heh ya basicly it is not accurate on an individual basis but if you were to group all the websites together the average worth would be closer to accurate

 

they cant auto-analyze the content on your page... ultimately your content should be your biggest asset!

 

PR is right etc. but the estimated price isn't right at all... you should take 10% off that price, and than you mostly have a 'normal' price you CAN get for the site...

But websiteoutlook isn't accurate at all

The accuracy of any automated estimation of site worth is the same as a stopped clock. They will be accurate twice a day and other than that they are useless.

It not accurate.
I have use it to checked my blog which received 30 hit/day and it give me $2000 value.
It not about under or overestimate,it just make error all the way.
I will give 60/100 for the website

 

there are alot of web sites and diffrent values about web site worth on the internet, you can search "How much is my web site worth?" from google, but I would recommend hiberya.com

All the info like revenue on the site is estimated, and I would give it 60 out 100.
So its not very accurate.

the valuation is just a play on site traffic data (taken from alexa), which itself is an estimation.

I found another site www.websiteworthchecker.com which gives better estimates.

 

alexa!?! if alexa is innacurrate. this is innacurate

 

It still seems rather far fetched to me. It's telling me that my directory is worth $24k, http://www.websiteworthchecker.com/kuoid.co.uk, and I highly doubt that people would want to buy my directory at $24,221

 

Now I am thoroughly crushed. I always believed in little green men, til now.
