As a publisher network for layer ads , we require no lvl or pr rank or follow or no follow. The percentage of people from what countries are worldwide basically. Thats why we allow geo-targeting for up to 5 countries, We mainly have alot of US and UK people though since most publishers have US based websites.

 

Do the visitors come from all over the web or one particular website? Do you allow affiliate links and gambling/adult sites? How quickly could you get say 4k unique views to a website? Also what payment methods do you accept? If you accept Alertpay or Liberty Reserve then I will buy in a few days.

depends on what you need and what i mean by that is , Unique Visitors or non Unique, and also from what countries or it doesnt matter.

 

I bought 10 000 unique visitors, and he said he would send 500 UV to my website per day.

All I got from him is 3 visitors ....

Sometimes our publishers havn't had your target traffic viewed. we have over 20 different advertisers currently, and we distribute the views entirely equally since its a ad network. Plus you set a minimum of 500 UV per day. Its only been a few hours.

Can you set it up so that the clickthrough bar has a different URL than the one that is being displayed? I'm asking this because what I'd want to do is to display a large banner within that layer ad but make the clickthrough bar to direct users to the page where they'd also be directed if they click the banner (rather than being directed to the page that displays the banner).

Also, what happens if the page that is displayed inside the layer is larger than 700x600? Does it show scrollbars or just leave out of display the parts that don't fit?

 

It has scrollbars depending your site is bigger than it on a regular homepage if it doesnt, then it wont.
