Online Faxing Recommendation? Which company is best?

Discussion in 'General Business' started by Janus410, Jan 26, 2010.

I was going to go with eFax, but their prices seem a lot higher than others. Which do you use and what do you recommend?

Is a 6.95/mo. option at somewhere like SmartFax a good option?

    Are there cheaper alternatives?

I am getting Magic Jack soon, and I've heard that it only does phone (not fax).

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

I also use this at the ISP at which I'm employed, seems to work fairly well. Comes through as an e-mail with PDF document.

    Hey,

I personally use efax myself. I don't mind paying the little extra as they have great service and customer support. But than again, I have also heard good things about myfax.com.

Tried eFax, and it is ok, but nothing excellent. And, the price is right!

Onesuite Fax pricing is unbeatable. I actually tried to search for a cheaper service and found none. How can you beat $1/month for unlimited incoming fax service? Or $2.95/month with the same unlimited incoming fax plus capable of sending out for only 2.5c per fax sent?

Get your calculator and compare other fax services with monthly allotted fax pages and you'll see what I mean. I also think they have 1 month trial for their Onesuite Fax Plus service ($2.95 monthly fee is waved for the first month)

Yes Onesuite fax service is best especially for those who send less than 200 fax a month which is just about $5.

Visit http://www.faxcompare.com/ for a side by side comparison for different fax services.

I myself use efax and I really enjoy it.

Great site for comparing fax services. I actually saw Onesuite Fax there before I subscribed with the service. They gave good review on Onesuite Fax.

Comodo actually has a decent service, and a very nice GUI. Efax is sort of "spammy" and their interface/format is not that great imo..

    Hello,
In case that you are still interested in online faxing, I can recommend you one of the cheapest Internet fax service providers - Popfax.com. Fully featured online fax service with a local fax number is 4.99 $/month.
    Regards!
