    Hey,

I'm wondering if I could do anything to improve my CTR, since it's really low (talking 0.5% here).

    The site is www.watchheroesonline.com

    Thanks,
    Gilles

I think that AD Units are too exposed.
When I've entered Your site first what I saw was ton of ads - that's bad.

Remove all current AD Units and add one over and one under the video. I think that it have to be normal banner size(only text!). Also, please don't try to make it extreme visible - just blend it.

I hope that users when waiting for the video will click ads :)

The other problem - there are no advertisements about this topic and You don't have much content...

If you're not posting the embedded videos on the homepage, I wouldn't bother putting adsense ads there. It just gives the impression of a spam site. Make your content big on the homepage. Your header really doesn't stand out to me, I'd like the image to be 2-3x bigger.

I think the placement is fine on the individual video pages, but I think you should have more text about the topic of the video. I see you've got an episode synopsis for the video, but you also need broader language with the name of the television series and what DVD's have been released for that series, etc. The purpose of this is to get more targeted Adsense ads. It's pretty clear from looking at an individual video page that Adsense has no idea what that page is about. The episode capsule mentions the first names of a bunch of characters, NYC, and the president. Remember, Google doesn't watch television, it just mimics what people write about it online.
