On this page, for some reason only one adunit can be shown at one time.

If i put 2 of them, top one shows, if i remove top one, bottom one is showing.

    Any idea whats going on?

Well the most lilkely reason for that is because you don't have enough content on the page. Create the page using real content, and then it should show up.

I had the same problem - even on pages with quite a lot of content, in the first few days the links would now show up, or only a few of them would. A few hours later I could see some showing up...

This was happening to me at one point too. I think it depends on the number of advertisers for your key words. If there aren't enough ads to be run, Google seems to leave it blank. Give Google a couple of days to properly index the page and it should fix itself. Or ad more content which will help too as suggested above.

The last thing to check is the page title and key words. That seems to help the ads too.

    Good luck.

Use Google Adsense Preview Tool to see how many ads Google can display on your site.

It shows me 2 ads on your given page, so it looks that a problem was solved.

My pages sometimes decide to display them both fine or just remove the leaderboard from the top, the pages are full of content though.
