Opnions Please: Skyscraper on right or small banner under title or first paragraph?

I was wondering what would be a better placement of the top ad. I currently have a skyscraper at the top on the right hand side. It is not doing well though. I have a feeling that people are becoming blind to right side ads, and/or are resizing their browser window to block them out.

I'm contemplating on a banner ad near the top. The banner would need to be one of the smaller ones, since the leader board wouldn't fit and look right. I have my navigation at the top, title of my site, and then content. I was thinking either under the title. Another place would be after the first paragraph, but that might break up my information too much and be too in your face approach.

Where it could be placed instead of a horizontal bar is half way down the page below the fold. I may put an ad link unit there.

It is basically coming down to small banner vs right side skyscraper.
