    I will prefer to go for OsCommerce. I am using OSC since last 5-7 years and it has never disappointed me OR my client..

    Definitely Oscommerce. OsCmax is just bundled with many extras which may or may not be useful for your store IMO.

    OsCommerce is far better you can consider about magneto its also a cool shopping cart tool.
