I've decided to start looking nationwide for clients and have found a couple through the DP ad section but was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to offer some insight on some other places to advertise and get work?

Yes I realize I could potentially be your competition, but with the Holidays around the corner, maybe someone is feeling generous? :)

    Thanks in advance!

I guess the best thing to do is have your site or freelancing work advertised to as many sites.

There is a free directory site at edirectorypages.com

You can also put banners there, for a minimal fee.

Those forums all cost money and wouldnt allow a thread like this.

DNforum is great community Im a $400.00 Exclusive Member there. SitePoint is kinda expensisve to list but it ha shighest sell rate of any of them.

NamePros Is a bunhc of crap you will sell some there but overall the community is very NameProzy.

Site Point isn't free. The main ones have been listed by Seiya. There are quite a few threads like this in this forum, just too lazy to search for em :D :p

Digital point is unique in certain aspect, its hard to find most likely relevant forums, anyway you can add these forums in your list; ozzu.com, daniweb & webproworld.com
