There are various companies that are setting up SEO outsourcing companies in my country and employing people to submit sites to directories etc.

I am willing to do same but I don't know where to sell my service. Where do you think I can get clients and at what price should I sell my service?

Yes use the freelance websites. Is very competitive. You may have better luck selling to companies you find, but it requires lot of time and sales skills.

The challenge with being an outsourcer is the fact you are in most cases invisible. Most organisations that use overseas outsourcing don't want the world to know and so include confidentiality clauses in their contracts and your continued work from them is dependant on your ability to keep quiet about your involvement.

Freelancing sites are a route to market but they are highly competitive and tend to have thin margines plus getting those first dozen contracts with no feedback is challenging.

The key with this type of work is to build relationships. If you cannot shout about your clients you are dependant on them being a strong source of work and so must keep good relationships with them. By good I don't mean emailing them on a daily basis about if there is more work you can do for them.

There's a lot of ways to sell your services. It's the same of doing SEO by advertising your own services..

You can post job ads to different freelance sites, forums, via article writing, blogs and a lot more.

As several people already wrote above, the freelancers websites have lots of offers but it's not easy to get in the biz if don't have something to prove your value.
For my personal experience I can say that it is easier to get your first clients through forums like this one where you can always find some small job offers. Start from bellow and build a portfolio that can bring you new clients. Make then look for your services and not the other way around.

see if you want to start selling your services start positioning yourself. Start by making a wordpress site where you talk about your services also have a photograph of yourself on the first page. Now go to forums or go offline and sell your services. As far as pricing is concerned it depends on what you are comfortable to start with.

    Hello,
Outsourcing is usually related to business and aspects of business. Many people are working online in today's world and do not have time to perform all the tasks that are needed for their business in one day.
    Thanks.
