    or so Europe was ruled by Royalty.
    France, Spain, and Itally had Kings and Queens, Germany and Prussia had Kaisers, and
    the Russians had Czars. If you're Royalty you can't marry anyone beneath your
    exhaulted station in life, so you had to marry another King or Queen. There were'nt
    a lot of Royalty running around so, eventually, all you had to choose from if you
    were Royalty was Cousin A or Cousin B. This not only led to Europe's rulers all
    having a real tough time stopping a hangnail from bleeding, but produced some really
    tragic intellectual results. To put this in perspective for you, let me remind you
    of our darkest moments when we had an Arkansan running America. A single word to the
    wise, I always say. The end result was that you had somewhere between 700-900 years
    of Bleeding Idiots running Europe.
