Buying Partnership for 22 real estate websites. If you are good with original content, please read

I put together many real estate, mortgage and related websites a couple years ago, and have them all strategically linked to stay under the radar, their SEO is fine - they have good PageRank, and are setup as unique wordpress websites. Hosting is looked after.

The current content needs to be entirely phased out and replaced with original, and useful content related to North American home and lifestyle living.

I am looking for a lifetime partner - 50/50. You get 50 % of whatever these sites make every month forever. Whatever you need to be comfortable with this arrangement will be fine. You can put these sites into your AdSense account and Google webmaster account.

English should be your first language, and you should really be someone who grew up in Canada or the US so that you know the kind of content that will be appreciated.

I had been paying someone to put content in these sites, and they were supposed to be rewriting articles to keep the sites original, and were not doing their job, and I was too busy with other projects to pay attention until now. So the current content needs to go. I have already deleted 80 of the content, and my new partner can phase out the old as they input the new.

I do have a profitable AdSense business (a sideline). These sites are not a major component of the revenue, due to the content being UNoriginal. All they need is good content, and that will change.

Everything else is ready, these sites will grow in leaps and bounds with the new content.

So, I need a 50/50 partner, with whom I develop a trusting relationship.
OR, I let these sites expire.

There is a lot of potential... I own 150 websites so SEO is not an issue. I do not overdo it with backlinks, and I have never had a Google warning or manual action.

 

Oh, I should mention that I did add some original content. The newest articles (the ones the indicate sources in footnotes) are mine. Have a look.

The content needs to be locally relevant. For example, one of my websites is for Jacksonville, Florida. So you would need to do some research and write about building, buying and selling, renovating, investing in Jacksonville, Florida. The reader needs to learn something interesting and unique.

If you want to learn, I am willing to help you get there, but lazy paraphrasing will not make us money. Stating that "acquiring a domicile for yourself and your dear family, can be quite challenging" is pure crap. Simply rewriting a vague, general article by replacing adjectives and verbs will not cut it - and let me tell you, we'll make 10X more doing it right.

When I find the right partner, we will sign legal documents... to protect both of. But yes, I am looking for an equal partner.

Each website is attached to a major US city and has a Real Estate directory and an auto insurance directory. Strategic content to be good AdSense earners once these sites are on track.
