payment gateway for Indian merchants and business

    DP members,

    i am in a bit of urgency....this is regarding payment gateway.

    I am from India and starting an online ecommerce site, and my requirement is to accept cc payment from all over the world.

    I dont want to use paypal for this because it looks amateurish. and redirect the buyers to their site. Do i have any option using which i can get payment from my website without customer leaving my site, i contacted ccavenue their service is similar to payment (redirect) and they charge very high

    Right now i am assuming that i will not apply for merchant account because it difficult to get. Has any one here from India applied for merchant account if yes please share which bank has most easy process that, what are the eligibility requirements and fee etc.
