    Quick question, do I still need to have the account verified by paypal before I can withdraw funds to my bank account? I don't have a credit or debit card, are there any options to get this verified?

    Last one, is there a paypal forum (official)? I can't find anything.

    I believe, PayPal will allow you to withdraw only up to a certain amount (up $500) until you verify the account with a credit card / SS#.

    Yep, it is a bother. And later after you exceed, I think it was 3000$, you have to verify your account by sumiting a scan of an official document and a recent bank statement or the receipt from the taxes you have paid. It is worrisome sending your personal information to Paypal, but this is your only option you don't have a choice :(
