Perfect Money is not scam and I am using PM since few years. Total send/receive more than $50,000+. No problem at all.

PM is not a scam. It is popular with Hyip and scam projects, but it is working good for good purposes also. The best way to use it - look for online exchangers. And make all your operations through them. It will cover your time and part of fees.

Seems like Perfect Money have pulled out of a number of markets in recent times, which is a shame as it was a decent payment processor.

 

Over the last six months, every month more new countries fall under the bloc. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to use this PM service

Usually, they give 1 month to withdraw the funds. but I also know cases that users got a sudden block, with no possibility to withdraw balances.
