Personal Injury and Accident Claim Business - Replacement Car hire as well

    Hi there everyone, my name's Armaan, and I've recently started an accident claim management business with my business partner who has been doing it "solo" for the past 3 years. We have a partnership with a few solicitor firms and we also have access to a couple of replacement vehicle fleets. So we have far received 20 cases within 2 weeks, but we're aiming to maintain this and of course GROW! I'm only 18 so I'd want guidance on what software to use and also what marketing methods to use. The ones in my local area obviously set up accidents every month or so to survive. But my aim is to actually make this a success and make it commercial so when someone has an accident, "Claims Manager" is the first solution to their mind.

    What do you want the software to do? How has your partner been marketing these past three years? Very often, the answer is right in front of you.

    Store our leads and records and also remind us if a replacement vehicle is due back in our compound. He had just done word of mouth where he had a few street runners finding him claims. Basically a small little referral network. But last year the referral fee ban had taken place so, we can pay a small referral fee but it's not good enough. TV adverts and Radio Adverts are way too expensive. We are designing flyers and we are trying to push on Facebook and Twitter.
