phone sex business - question

    does anyone have any experiences setting up a phone sex business....not calling one but setting one up ;)

    i would like a pay per call system but where the callers don't have to give out their credit cards but rather get billed a certain amount per minute.

    appreciate your help

    The credit card billing system, would ensure you that they are 18, unless they took someone elses card...

    If you dont ask for a CC, how will you confirm they are over 18...?

    Just wondering :D.

    You dont say what country you are in, in the UK you simply get a 09 telephone number which can charge up to about $5 per minute, though anything over $2.25 and you are going to struggle to get a license. The 0909 number is reserved for explicit adult chat services (costs up to $2.25 per minute) and is limited as to where you can advertise it. 0906 is reserved for non-explicit adult chat, charged at the same rate but can be advertised anywhere. You would expect to get about 2/3rds of the telephone call revenue.

    You should check with a lawyer for how to protect yourself from "staff" who say they are 18 but aren't.
    And find out what those staff can and can't say without breaching local laws.
