Photo Gallery Software recommendations

    I have a few photo galleries I want to put up now and I was considering Gallery since I've loved it before, but there are a couple of things I don't like about it right now.

    I want something a little bit simpler and easier to template. Do you have any suggestions?

    Do you refer to software you can use to build photo galleries? If so I really like PhotoShop>File>Automate>Web Photo Gallery. You can create your own custom template. The other one I like is DW>Commands>Create Photo Album. It's not as good as PS though.

    I hope this is what you are talking about, if not maybe still useful?

    I didn't realize you could do custom templates in photoshop. I'll have to look at that. WSNGallery looks interesting... Do you have a gallery up Sarah? The WSN User Demo doesn't seem to be working.

    I actually didn't either until lately. It's really simple too. Just ask for help within photoshop. It's as simple as opening the text doc that controls output and renaming in your custom folder. I am in the process of trying to bring Mysql into the picture.

    Picassa2 from Google will also build webpages. I have not tried to modify them, but the templates used come with directions for changing them.
