    I want to make Logos.

    Where can I get Tools for making them better?

    Also does anyone have any tips?

    For fonts you can just load them into your computer and they will appear in CS3. For making nicer logos, try downloading pre-made layer styles, they always help ;)

    you can do anything in photoshop try and master the pen tool
    adobe photoshop exchange is a good start
    do a google search for tutorials ...........
    not sure if I am allowed to post them here to help you out ?

    go to wikipedia.org and search "web 2.0" You'll find your answers there. As for the font style, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean Blending options? as in a stroke ( boarder ) around the words, drop shadow, gradiant overlay, colour overlay, belevel and emboss? etc etc If you're refering to that then yes, that is the blending option.
