    Hello,

    I have a site on web development and I am writing an article that recommends a good graphic editing program for people who buy templates and customize them to their liking. I personally use PhotoShop but I understand this is quite expensive for the average consumer. Anyone have any good alternative software programs in the $100 range I can recommend?

    The sad reality is most people I know who have photoshop use the cracked version.
