    and how to make these lines?

    Just bought some photoshop action script and i found it in there.
    Still need many things to learn about Photoshop.

    They're guide lines.

    If you don't want them visible, go to View > Show > Guides

    To make a new guide, to to View > New guide

    Hold CTRL (on Windows) to move 'em

    Yes, they're guide lines. You can use with Ruler
    View > Show > Ruler.
    They're very useful when you use Photoshop to design your webpage.

    if you have your rulers on (ctrl/command + r) you can click on the ruler with the move tool (v) and then drag out a guide. to remove them, simply select the move tool (v) click on the gyude and drag it back into the ruler. to hide them, ctrl/command + ;
