PHOTOSHOP TEXT TOOL DRIVING ME INSANE grrrr

    So, out of the blue, photoshop's text tool has gone insane, i was using CS2 and it just made the text unbeliveably small, i had to set the size to the maximum (1200 and something) for it to show up, and it looked as if it's just size 24 on most fonts. It makes ALL fonts super-tiny and I don't know why, so i installed CS3 and it STILL does it in CS3 and CS2... help please!!!!!

    What unit of measurement are your using?

    Try changing it to points (pts).

    Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers > Type = points

    I think I may know the problem - how big is your page? How many pixels x pixels is the size of the page? I once had the problem and cropped the page down and the font went back to normal - try that :)

    This is just a guess... But you may want to check that you're not creating new docs with some super high DPI...

    for some reason, photoshop fixed itself... but when i go back to previous psds, it reverts back to tiny font... it's ok for now... >_<
