    Hi, There are many good sites, but my favorite is DA (Deviantart). Its amaizing community to help us. Artists create good tutorials and resources and ready to help you.
    If you can pay some amount then go to PSDtutes premium membership it has good collection of quality tutorials. You can search on social bookmark site like delicious.com for photoshop Tutorial keyword.

    Honestly, tutsplus, abduzeedo and youtube for specific things are all you really need. If you want to find a certain type of tutorial, like a text tutorial or teeth whitening tutorial, you'd just search for that. All the mentioned sites, including the two I think are the only ones you really need, kinda just randomly post tutorials. So, if you know what you're looking to learn just search for that with tutorial at the end, and if you're just looking for general knowledge I'd try tutsplus first, they have some very basic ones ranging to specific advanced ones and are really well done.

    Deviantart is amazing too btw, just search the same way within the site for tutorial related things and you'll find some really really great stuff.
