PHP Subcontractor suggestions?

We have been looking for a good PHP/MySQL developer to subcontract, and I have been looking at hiddenbrains dot com, but wanted to check if anyone else used them before, and how was your experience?

If you have not used them before please drop me the name and contact of people you have used that have good prices, and quality work as I need to find some guys that can work from time-to-time on a continues bases.

Please do NOT recommend yourself!

 

Can you be more specific as to what exactly you want? I know some contractors who know how to do a little bit of php (which to a newbie is a lot), and I know some who know how to do pretty much everything.

I don't need newbies, I need people that can make anything, as I need someone who can do the things I don't have time to code myself.

• Connecting to billing gateways to process credit cards/ACH, check subscriptions and remove or downgrade accounts if they have canceled/failed rebill, update user's bill information.
• Write algos for queries on a database(Keyword research, misspells, related words, search results, whatever)
• Applications for APIs
• Auto responders (Email manager scripts)
• Security scripts, anti attack scripts
• User registration, logins, account managers, its endless.

I have been programming for more then 20 years, and PHP is my flavor of coding, so very good experienced is required as I want it to be done in a timely manner and done right! ;p

 

My friend Gman hired hiddenbrains two days ago and he is happy with their lead developer. I hired them today and they will start tomorrow, but Ill post back if I find out that they do not do quality work, but I think they will from what Im hearing from Gman.
