Can anyone tell me if there is a CMS which integrates with phpBB, similar to how vBadvanced CMPS works with vBulletin?

I think Joomla does intergrate with it, you need a bridge thing I think and the same goes for SMF.

If its just one homepage like CMPS that you want, then ezPortal may be what you are looking for.

I used it when I ran phpbb and it is quite nice and easy to work with (hence the name).

    Joomla is over-rated. :S

There are loads of CMS systems that can work with PHPBB... Google "phpbb cms integration".
