PHPBB or VBulletin

    I have one domain which i wanted to start building up now. Been sitting in my account for over 6 months. The most easy way to start a forum and get it rolling.

    However, am wondering if i should buy vbulletin and VbSEO along with it

    or just use PHPBB3?

    which is better for SEO? any thoughts?

    else for best,long time i prefer vb

    domain was free for near a month
    bcz i was waiting to puchase a licence and did not want to use any free software
    as vb attracts more than any other
    i just purchase a licence day before and seted up this site

    phpBB, according to many webmasters' reports, is plagued with security issues.
    it's either you choose SMF or vBulletin.

    as you say money is not the issue you can always go with vBulletin. I use phpBB myself. I have never had a problem with its security. I installed a few MODs like quick reply and it works like a charm ;)

    How is SMF? Is it as good as VB for SEO'ing? I really dont wanna spend soo much cash atm...and dont wanna go with PHPBB either(after reading about all the security issues).

    Any one has exp. with SMF? How good is it?
