Phpbb Portal?

    Hello all, I'm currently looking for a portal that runs under phpbb. Any suggestions? So far I looked at MKPortal and it looks good, but it also looks too 'php nukish.' I basically want to start a music website with interviews, reviews, news, and possibly band profiles. The homepage would have blocks such as featured band, featured album, etc. And the middle would have music news.

    Does anyone know of a portal that would suit my needs?

    phpfox has many good modules to startup a community.

    phpbbfm.net is free to download but has a lot of useless mods/hacks already installed onto it. Also, support is not free, you will have to pay for it. I would advise phpbbFM if you know the ins and outs of phpBB.

    Try Snews at -http://www.solucija.com for your artists/bands site. It is a great piece of software, free, light weight & search engine friendly.

    there's phpbbplus which is an ultra modded phpBB using ezportal.
    You can also just get ezportal and install it yourself.
