PHPCow Installation Issues

    I have just purchased PHPCow and I am trying to get it installed on my server. I have tried to get them to install it for me but havent had any luck with that.

    My server is a Windows 2003 server running IIS (for web and ftp on one ip) and Apache (for phpcow on seperate ip). I have installed php5 and all the system requirements as stated by PHPCow.

    The php seems to be working fine but when I go to install PHPCow I get to the main screen (at the site/install folder) and I have green checks next to everthing and everything says "passed". I then click the "Install" button. The page tells me "You are not allowed to perform following installation step. "

    I have checked the apache logs for errors and I cannot find any.

    Any tips on installing this software would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
