PhpFusion to Wordpress?

    Ok I have a php fusion site, unfortunately my main site and I want to convert it to wordpress.

    The good thing:
    - wp is more seo friendly
    - wp has lots of plugins and nicer designs.
    - wp is more secure.
    - I don't have more than 20 pages with content.

    The bad thing:
    - I know I could loose some of my SE rankings
    - I have never done something like this
    - I have 5000 (forum) members that have a profile page. With the conversion I would loose them all :( (I could convert the forum to vBulletin but all profile page links would change).

    Has anybody done this before? Is it worth it? This is my main page if I screw it up I could loose a lot of money :eek:
